Cathedrals of Iron and Light

Surf Quest is a local surfing program for children and adults with disabilities that my son often participates in and enjoys. Families often come from all over Florida to be a part of this event. Surfers volunteer their time and skills to let people experience the ocean while surfing the waves.
More information on Surf Quest, including the 2020 Summer schedule, can be found on this ARC of St. Johns County web page.
Today I went to S.A.F.E Pet Rescue in St. Augustine and adopted this cat. Magnolia Mae aka. Maggie is approximately one year old and is actually a Palatka cat, or so I’ve been told. There were about 10 cats at the SAFE, and Maggie was the only one that stepped forward and made contact. I’ve never owned a cat before. I hope this works out well for us both. Safe Pet Rescue has both cats and dogs that need good homes.
